Welcome to our MISSVOLTAGE.COM web site. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully. It applies each time you visit our site, surf through our pages or use our services, regardless of whether you purchase any products.
We also invite you to read the MISSVOLTAGE.COM General Conditions, because they also contain important indications about privacy and the security systems adopted by this web site.

The data controller of the information collected through this site is Miss Voltage, (hereinafter "MV"): it independently establishes the purposes and methods of data processing, and the implementation of security procedures to guarantee the privacy, integrity and availability of such data.

Communicating your personal data to MV when requested in any of the many instances where personal data is collected through the site may be essential in order to achieve the purposes set down by the communication itself, or not prejudicial in this regard.

use your postal address for sending you - with administrative and accounting documents - adverts about products similar to those you have already purchased, unless you refuse to allow such use of the postal address you communicate to us.

RETURN POLICY
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within fifteen (15) days from the date on which you received them from missvoltage.com. Return items must be shipped back to MISS VOLTAGE within fifteen (15) days from the date the package was delivered to you. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through the shipping agent indicated by MISS VOLTAGE (UPS), or through another shipping agent. We also invite you to complete the Return Form available on the web site in the Customer Care area, in order for us to provide you with a Return Number. It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another unless they comply to the same price range. Items that have been found faulty by MISS VOLTAGE will be exchanged for the same new products and items that do not fit will be Exchange for the proper size. No refunds are applicable.
Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
a. we invite you to correctly fill in and submit the online Return Form to missvoltage.com within fifteen (15) days from the date of your receipt thereof;
b. the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
c. the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
d. the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging;
e. return items must be shipped back to MISS VOLTAGE within fifteen (15) days from the date the package was delivered to you.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, MISS VOLTAGE shall exchange a new product for the returned purchased products. Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. The easiest way to return items free of charge is to use UPS: contact their number and use the UPS pre-printed adhesive return label you find in the package of your order. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at no expense by MISS VOLTAGE. If you refuse the above delivery, MISS VOLTAGE reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
Please note that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
Refund Times and Procedures
After MISS VOLTAGE has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. You will receive the new item(s) once MISS VOLTAGE has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
In the case of gifts, the refund of the sums paid for purchases will be made to the individual who made the payment.
Disposable Seal
All products sold by MISS VOLTAGE include an identification tag. Please try on the products without removing the tag. Returned products without the tag will not be accepted.
UPS
As advised by MISS VOLTAGE, returned products may be shipped by the package delivery company UPS, using the pre-printed label enclosed in the package in which the products were shipped. If you use UPS, MISS VOLTAGE will pay the shipping costs and track the package at any time. Please contact UPS to organise the pick-up.
