L'abbigliamento fatto con fibre tessili di bambù è soffice, altamente
assorbente e naturalmente antibatterico. Il tessuto di bambù ha questa fantastica proprietà di assorbire l'umidità della pelle e di
aiutare l'evaporazione in caso di clima umido. Tale qualità
combinata con la naturale morbidezza danno a questo tipo di
tessuto una freschezza differente da ogni altro prodotto simile.
La pianta di bambù si distingue per le reali proprietà che ne fanno
una delle coltivazioni più ecologiche del pianeta e che quindi possono realmente aiutare a migliorare le condizioni ambientali in cui viviamo.
La pianta di bambù cresce naturalmente senza bisogno di pesticidi, fertilizzanti o qualsiasi altro aiuto dell'uomo. Grazie alla straordinaria qualità dell'assorbimento idrico è la pianta che cresce più velocemente al mondo. Alcune specie di bambù possono crescere fino a 40 piedi in pochi mesi e raggiungere la piena maturità in 3 o 4 anni. Si estendono rapidamente attraverso grandi aree e sono conosciute anche per la capacità di migliorare la qualità produttiva del terreno. L'utilizzo del bambù in svariati campi commerciali porterà ad un aumento delle piantagioni di bambù con evidenti vantaggi per l'ecosistema . Quindi la scelta di utilizzare questo materiale si traduce in un piccolo ma diretto contributo al miglioramento delle condizioni di vita su questo pianeta.

The FWF exists to promote fair labour conditions in the garment industry world wide, this means that our supplier has undersigned FWF's Code of Labour practices and thereby the company has comitted itself to monitor the factories of it's suppliers, and the Fair Wear Foundation verifies that the Code of Labour practices is actually implemented and respected at the factories.
Environmental: Our supplier is OEKO-TEX 100 STANDARD certified, which guarantees the safety of our textiles and dyestuffs to human health and also means we take care in adopting environmentally friendly production methods across our brand. The Oeko-Tex 100 Standard addresses the Human Ecology component of textile products. It evaluates and screens for any harmful substances present within processed textiles intended to come into contact with consumers.
Sustainable: The NATURALLY SUSTAINABLE BAMBOO label is made from the most sustainable of the natural fibres, the type of bamboo used for making fabric, commonly known as Moso, can reach a mature height of 75 feet in just 45 to 60 days and because of its natural antibacterial properties, it needs no pesticides. It regenerates naturally through an extensive root system that sends out an average of four to six new shoots per year. It can be harvested and harvested and it will grow again and again.
